I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, but some were worn out and need updating. The service left something to be desired, especially regarding technical difficulties with the wifi. The location was beautiful, but it didn't make up for the poor service. The dining options were not available after the second night of my stay. However, the facilities were good overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, and I especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool, hot tubs, and mountains. The location was excellent, right next to the slope. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is in a prime location, near Snowmass mall and convenient for accessing various attractions like Aspen and Maroon Bells. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of four but were a bit warm. The service was mixed, with unhelpful front desk staff but accommodating overall. The dining options were pricey, especially in the Ski Valet area. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate and the ski-in, ski-out feature is a bonus.
